Rivals V1.0.0, Finally Realeased (Adding Singleplayer)

Rivals is finally released. We weren't sure it was good enough for the general public yet but now we're sure.

Rivals is a multiplayer/singleplayer game based on whimsical interpretations of Foot ball, Basket ball and Tag.

• Added Singleplayer mode for Zero Ball
• Minor UI Changes/Improvements
• Made Controls Help easily accessible from the select screen of any game
